Customer Service
All Kaimuki Soap Co. products are made with high-quality ingredients. Our soaps and skin bars are free of parabens, phthalates, sulfates and do contain canola oil or vegetable oil.
Our products are cruelty free and made simple from ingredients to packaging. Hand-poured, shaved, and polished in small batches, so each bar is unique.
Caring for your soap
To help extend the life term of your soap bar, store on a soap dish that allows your bar to dry between uses and away from the water. A wooden Soap Saver tray is a great option and is available for purchase through our store. Please note that if your soap bar sits in water it will mushy after time. Nobody likes mushy soap.
If you have any issues with your soap melting, or your not satisfied for any reason, shoot us an email and we’ll make it right.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our soap bars are hand poured in small batches and will have slight variations. We use premium products in all of our soap and are always looking for ways to improve our formulas and blends.
Handmade soaps usually get better with age! We recommend using our soaps within 12 months of purchase. You may notice some changes as natural soap ages; such as color fading and the scent will fade. How you store your soap and the ingredients in the soap will impact how long it will last.
Handmade soap should be stored in a cool, dark and dry location until it is ready to be used.
Our soap bars are about 3.5 to 4 oz bars and will last about 2.5 weeks with a shower everyday, on average. Sometimes longer depending on the soap user. Keeping the bars on a soap tray and away from running water in between use is the key to having your bars last as long as possible. When left to sit in water, the soap will swell, become soft, and develop a jelly like exterior. Nobody likes mushy soap.
Lye is used during our soap making process. Sodium hydroxide is the catalyst for saponification, the process that hardens our special blend of essential oils and base oils, giving us soap.
Although they look edible and smell good enough to eat, please do NOT eat your soap bar!
If you have received a product that arrived damaged or broken, please contact at Orders@KaimukiSoap.co so that we can remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is our goal.
